Is it possible to match all the pendants with all the chains available on your website?

For CZ products:
It is possible to wear the custom pendants together with all the
chains available on our website. The other pendants (except for the Nail
Cross Pendant) are only able to match with the Tennis Link Chain and
the free 3MM chain that comes with the pendants, due to the width of the
hanger. The Nail Cross Pendant is only able to match with the free 3MM
chain.

For Moissanite Products:
The Moissanite pendants are able to fit with the Moissanite chains.

We aim to process and ship out all orders within 1-2 business days.

Shipping CZ products in the United States will be 4-8 days with USPS.
Moissanite products can take a little longer to be shipped due to the higher quality manufacturing. This can be up till 2 weeks.
Custom products will take around 3-5 weeks.

  delays are expected.
• We provide a tracked shipping service for
  all orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order
  has been dispatched.

  order, as we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been

You should receive your tracking number in your shipping confirmation
email. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, or the
tracking number is missing, please reach out to our support team at sixteenxjewelry@gmail.com referencing your order number.

For CZ products:
Unlike other gold plated jewelry retailers that paint their alloy jewelry in colours similar to gold, we use the latest triple ionic bond plating method to cover our copper base jewelry in 7 layers of 18 karat gold.

We use the most expensive simulated diamonds on the market today (CZ 6A+), giving our jewelry the highest possible clarity of VVS1.

For moissanite products:
The base of all moissanite products are made of real S925 Sterling Silver, plated with layers of 18 karat gold.

We use the best possible moissanite diamonds on the market, giving it the highest possible clarity of VVS1.

To answer your question we must first understand how the diamond testers work.

Diamond testers detect the rate at which heat moves through the stone to tell you whether it's a real diamond.

Certain stones conduct heat differently than others, for example moissanite will pass as a diamond on a diamond tester when it's not an actual diamond.

Since we use the highest clarity stones (CZ 6A+) our jewelry does pass certain diamond testers and show activity on others but there is no guarentee.

Our moissanite collection is guarneteed to be able to pass a diamond tester!

We create our pieces with the latest triple ionic bond plating method to cover our jewelry in 7 layers of 18 karat gold to ensure that we provide the longest lasting jewellery on the market.

This is not to say you shouldn't take precautions! High quality jewellery still requires care and attention.

Swimming, especially in salt or high temperature water will shorten the lifespan of your jewellery. Chlorine can permanently damage any gold plated jewellery, so we suggest avoiding this.

Your jewellery should be kept dry and ideally stored in the dust bag provided, or any other anti-tarnish fabric container.

If your climate is humid, we suggest placing a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewellery with rubber products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your item you need to contact us at sixteenxjewelry@gmail.com so we can provide you with the adress of our wearhouse in The Netherlands.

Return costs to The Netherlands are not reimburshed by Sixteenx Jewelry, so keep that in mind while ordering.
